<br /> Mr. Hanvey presented a resolution with regard to the manner, &c., of purchasing supplies
<br />for the City, and same was referred to the Rules Committee.

<br /> Mr. Reynolds moved that the body reconsider action taken November 9th as to opening Hatton
<br />street. The motion was adopted.
<br /> He then moved to adopt ~the recommendation of the Street Committee~as to same.
<br /> Mr. Corbitt moved to amend, that the matter be referred to the Street Committee.
<br /> The amendment was adopted.
