In order to facilitate the <br />development of the PortCentre sites, a street and alley need to <br />be closed. Specifically, a portion of Wavy Street between Ruth <br />Brown Avenue and First Street as well as an alley that is in <br />the middle of Wavy, Randolph and Third Streets, and Ruth Brown <br />Avenue must be closed. The Notice of Application and Request <br />for Appointment of Viewers has been advertised. <br /> <br /> I, therefore, recommend the adoption of a resolution <br />appointing viewers for this application." <br /> <br /> <br />
