The motion was adopt- <br />ed. ~nen the vote on the report of the Street Committee was called for, Er. M~rkham saying <br />he would reserve the right subsequently to offer ~n ame~.udment to same, <br /> The report of ~he-Street Committee was adopted, as amended, and by the following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes--Davis, ~arkham, Lam~ghorne, ~gins, Adams, Privett, ~ilson, Browne, 8. <br /> (Mr. Cart bein~ excused from voting). <br /> At this point, ~.
