<br /> Then Mr. L~ughorne moved to recommit the opening of Cooke street. The motion was adopt-
<br />ed. ~nen the vote on the report of the Street Committee was called for, Er. M~rkham saying
<br />he would reserve the right subsequently to offer ~n ame~.udment to same,
<br /> The report of ~he-Street Committee was adopted, as amended, and by the following vote:
