<br /> We have considered this matter and it is recommended that the Board of Harbor Commis-
<br />sioners fix the lines for G~nder Creek as follows: from the Un%on Bridge to the Gosport Bridge,
<br />the channel to be ~0 feet wide, but said channel to be so deflected where it reaches Bart street
<br />as not to change the lines of said street. And-from the Union Bridge to ~ashington street, the
<br />channel to be fixed 20 feet wide.
<br /> It is further recommended that ~he City ~ttorney and the City Engineer appea~ before
<br />the Board of Harbor Commissioners at its July meeting in order to assist our Por.tsmout~ ~eprer
<br />ssntatives in establishing these lines.
