<br /> It is recommended that the Fire! Committee be authorized to prepare soeoifications
<br />and a~vertise'for bids for fire apparatus, &c., when they m~y deem it e~ivisabl~ so to do.

<br /> It is recommended that the appropriation be allowed, as provided for in the Budget

<br />notes-- we report that we have instructed said Officers to make notes in the several City
<br />banks to amount of $20,000. for .Cu=rent E~loenses during February, 1916, and to renew notes
<br />for $47,500.00, f~lling due in March, 1916.

<br /> It is recommended that an ~opropriation of $700. be allowed for purchase of two lots
<br />to open up said street, out of Sixth Wa~vd funds, the Chairman having stated t~h~t his Board,
<br />a~ter subseq%ent investigation, had concluded that two of the lots rimmed would be sufficient
<br />for the purpose,
