<br />from ~!umni delegates of the Portsmouth HiEh School. The motion was a~iopted.
<br /> k~r. John H. H~ll presented resolutions urging the erection of a new High School ~nd
<br />spoke as to same. Mr. Normau Hamilton spoke also calling attention to the necessity for a
<br />new School°
