<br /> It is further recommgnded that the following ~esolution, suggested by the Auditor, be
<br />adopted:
<br /> "Resolved, That all Departments ~nd 0ffieers having City property in their possession
<br />or under'their control sh~ll be required to furnish the ~ity Auditor with an inventory of same
<br />on the first d~ys of Js~uuary and July of each year and upon blanks furnished by the City Auditor;
<br />the first inventory under this resolution to be taken as of July Ist, 1916, mud inventories to
<br />be .in the City Auditor's office not later than thirty days s~fter these dates."

<br /> We report that we have authorized the Treasurer to renew notes in the several City banks
<br />to amounts of $35,000. during Nay and $25,000. during June.
