Common Council--Boa~d of Aldermen. <br /> Gentlemen:-- Your Pub- <br /> lic Property & Schools Committee respectfullyreports herein concerning the following matters <br /> <br /> referred to the Joint Public Property & Schools Committee June 14th, 1916: <br /> <br /> Referred by Common Council June 14th. <br /> (For explanation) A bill held up by the Auditor in May to amount of $4~.00. <br /> We report that this bill is for seven directories furnished va~ious City Officers, <br /> while money was appropriated in the Budget for six only. <br /> Therefore, it is recommended that $36.00, allowed in the Budget, be made available for <br /> six of these directories and that a special appropriation of $6. be made for the seventh one. <br /> <br /> Instructed to make needed repairs to the feed room of the Park View Engine House.
