E. <br />wilkins, Inc. <br /> <br /> Motio~ by Mr. Clemons, and seconded by Mr. Robinett, to <br />award the contract to the low bidder, M.E~ Wilkins, Inc., to <br />relocate a water main in the Port Centre Commerce Park, and was <br />adopted by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes: Clemons, Griffin, Hawks, Martin, Pitts, Robinett, Webb <br />Nays: None <br /> <br />94-488 Letter from the City Manager recommending adoption of an <br />ordinance to repeal Chapter 20, Section 20-12 (b) of the Code <br />of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia pertaining to licensesl <br /> <br /> "The Commissioner of the Revenue is requesting an <br />amendment to certain ordinances of Chapter 20 of the Code of <br />the City of Portsmouth, Virginia (1988), pertaining to licenses <br />which will change the City's business license due dates, back <br />to the way they were prior to June of 1994.
