NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, that the City Manager be, and he is hereby authorized to convey the following described parcels of property to PRHA for community development purposes. PARCEL i ALL that certain lot, piece or parcel of land, lying situate, and being in the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, and more particularly bounded and described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at the northwest intersection of Nelson and Third Streets, and thence running northerly along the western right-of-way line of Third Street 30' 3" to a point; thence westerly and parallel with Nelson Street, and along the line of the lot formerly owned by Armando Facenda 110' to a point; thence northerly 28' to a point; thence westerly 27' to a point; thence southerly along the line of the lot now or formerly owned by J.T. Brown 58.25' to a point on the northern right-of-way line of Nelson Street; and thence easterly along the northern right-of-way line of Nelson Street 137' to the point of beginning. PARCEL 2 ALL that certain lot, piece or parcel of land, lying situate and being in the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, and being more particularly bounded and described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at a point on the western right-of-way line of Third Street, which said point is located 58' 3" north of the northwest intersection of Third and Nelson Streets, and from thence running north along the western right-of-way line of Third Street 82' 9"; thence west 180'; thence south 82' 9"; and thence east 180' to a point on the western right-of-way line of Third Street, the point of beginning. PARCEL 3 ALL that certain lot, piece or parcel of land, lying situate, and being in the City or,Portsmouth, Virginia, and more particularly bounded and described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at the southwest intersection of Lincoln and Third Streets, and thence west along the south right-of-way line of Lincoln Street 102' 6"; thence south and parallel with Third Street 54'; thence east and parallel with Lincoln Street 102' 6"; thence north along the western right-of-way line of Third Street 54' to the point of beginning. PARCEL 4 ALL that certain lot, piece or parcel of land, lying, being situate in the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, and being more particularly bounded and described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at a point of the eastern side of Fourth Street, which said point is located 62' south of the southeast intersection of Lincoln and Fourth Streets, and thence runnang southerly along the eastern right--of-way line of Fourth Street 29' 6"; thence easterly and parallel to Lincoln Street 120'; thence northerly and parallel with Fourth Street 29' 6"; and thence westerly and parallel with Lincoln Street 120' to a point of the eastern right-of-way line of Fourth Street, the point of beginning.
