<br />Portsmouth, and in view of these facts I have granted a per, it to t~he U. S. Housing Corporation
<br />to occupy the enti~e width of High Street east of Water Btreet for highway or ferr~~ terminal
<br />purposes, and have requested through the present Board of COntrol that the~ p~oceed with the
<br />erection of said requital in High St., and should there be any differences between the U. S,
<br />Housing Co~poration and the Seaboard Ai~ Line Railway, to refe~ said differences to the City
<br />of Po~tmuouth in reg~ds to our rights in connection therewith.
