These projects are: <br /> <br /> A. Improvements to Tyre Neck Road from the City limits to <br />West Norfolk Road <br /> <br /> B. Improvements to West Norfolk Road from Churchland <br />Boulevard to Cedar Lane <br /> <br /> These projects are consistent with the priorities we <br />presented at the annual pre-allocation hearing held in Suffolk <br />in the Spring of this year. In order for the Virginia <br />Department of Transportation to begin work on these projects, <br />the attached resolutions for each project must be adopted. <br /> <br /> The Director of Public Works recon~ends your approval of <br />the resolutions for improvements to Tyre Neck Road and West <br />Norfolk Road. I concur with the Director of Public Works and, <br />therefore, recommend your approval of this item." <br /> <br /> <br />
