<br />March 14, 1995, there were present:

<br /> Nakita Scott, 4th Grade. Student, John Tyler Elementary
<br />School, opened the ~eeting with prayer which was followed by
<br />the Pledge of Allegiance to the

<br /> Mayor Webb called the meeting to order and welcomed all in
<br />attendance.

<br /> Motion of Mr. Pitts, and seconded by Mr. Clemons, the
<br />minutes of a Called Meeting on February 27, 1995; a Regular
<br />Meeting on February 27, 1995; a Called Meeting on February 28,
<br />1995; and a Regular Meeting on February 28, 1995, be approved,
<br />and was adopted by unanimous vote.

<br />Director of Foreign Affairs, Chen Weichang, Deputy Director of
<br />Changzhou Bureau of Finance, Gu Zhenghui, General Manager of

<br />Commission.
