The Department of Parks and Recreation,
therefore, has requested that the City Code be amended as it
relates to the Sleepy Hole facility and the Portsmouth Stadium.
The recommendation is that all code references to fees and
policies relating to these facilities be repealed effective
April 1, 1995.

The Director of Public Works recommends that a construction
contract be awarded to Old Dominion Demolition and requests
approval to exceed the 25% limit on change orders.
