<br />Mr. Smith moved that.paragraph ~ of Section 8 be amended to read a~ follows:

<br /> "(3) Port Norfolk-Pinners Point:- Starting from the west side of Crawford street at or
<br />near the northwest corner of High and Crawford streets, and thence along High Street to Broad
<br />Street to Bayview Boulevard, to Ftorid~Avenue, to Detroit Street, to Jackson, to Southern,
<br />to Hill, to 0s~rolina, to Spencer, re~u~ing over ssme route to High, to 'Middle, to 0ouuty, to
<br />Orawford, to ~een-and turning on Orawford. Street, at Q~een Street, and t~ence to High Street."

<br />instead of Middle street. The amendment was lost, aud by the following vote:
