Motion by Mr. Pitts, June 13, 1995 and seconded by Mr. Martin, following ordinance, 159 to adopt and was adopted by the following vote: "AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 35 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY VIRGINIA (1988) BY AMENDING SECTION 35-416 PERTAINING TO TAXATION."
