<br />dividual stoves. I am of the opinion that better results could be obtained by utilizing a
<br />larger boiler in the Muni~ipal Building and putting radiators in place of stoves in the two
<br />offices mentioned.
<br /> The cost of radiators will be $2,000.00 and the cost of a new boiler $600.00.
<br /> It is recommended that these two items be allowed in the budget,u

<br /> or dismissal. Smspension at times works an unnecessary hardship both on the man--and his family.
<br /> In addition, the 0ity loses the services of the man suspended. I believe equally satisfactory

<br />yo~ for a rebate in the taxes s~sessed against it for the year 1925 amounting to $202,00, or
<br />thereabomts. Un~Xl June 25, 1~25, the street ends ru~ning into this property were under
<br />~u~ase to the Warehouse 0ompany, but since that time, the lease having come automatically to
<br />an end,.have been in the possessi6n of the.City. The street ends were taxed against the Ware-
<br />house Company, and it feels that a rebate-should be m~de for the time, certainly, since the
