June 2?, 1995 <br /> <br />(b) The site layout and landscaping shall be in accordance <br />with Exhibits A and C, attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br />Minor modifications to site layout and landscaping may be made <br />with the approval of the Planning Director prior to obtaining <br />building permits. <br /> <br /> (c) A landscap&ng Group 2 buffer shall be planted along <br />Victory Boulevard and the eastern and northern property lines. <br /> <br />(d) Adequate lighting shall be installed in the parking area. <br />A plan showing the lighting layout shall be submitted to and <br />approved by the Traffic Engineering Department prior to <br />issuance of building permits. <br /> <br />(e) Shutters shall be installed on the second floor of the two <br />buildings backing Victory Boulevard. <br /> <br />(f) The exterior of the apartment units shall be developed <br />accordance with Exhibit B, attached hereto and made a part <br />hereof. <br /> <br />(g) The applicant shall use brick on the front full facade of <br />the two middle units on each building. A revised plan showing <br />the placement of brick must be approved by the Planning <br />Director prior to issuance of building permit. <br /> <br />(h) Shutters on the front elevation shall be proportional to <br />the window. The width of the shutters shall be one-half the <br />width of the window openzng.
