Willson, Acting City Attorney. Vice Mayor Clemons opened the meeting with prayer which wag Dwed by the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. The Mayor called the meeting to order and welcomed all in :dance. Public hearing on rezonings and use permits: Z-95-11 NORTHSIDE NEIGHBORHOOD - Rezoning application of the A~bassador Club to rezone property at 364 Peninsula Avenue from Residential Multi-Family RM-60 and Residential RM-75 to Commercial C-2-K. Motion by Mr. Pitts, and seconded by Mr. Hawks, to concur the recommendation of the Planning Commission that Z-95-11, pproved on first reading, and was adopted by unanimous vote. Motion by Mr. Pitts and seconded by Mr. Hawks, rules of order and consider agenda item 95-324 (f), and was adopted by unanimous vote. tO suspend (b) after 5-95-17 TRUXTUN NEIGHBORHOOD - Application by Donald Baker and James Tinnell to rezone 2200 Frederick Boulevard from Commercial C-1 to Commercial C-2 -K. Motion by Mr. Robinett, and seconded by Mr. Pitts, to concur with the recommendation of the Planning Commission that Z-95~17 be approved on first reading, and was adopted by vote. P-95-10 PARKVIEW NEIGHBORHOOD - Use permit request of Shirley F. Hines and John W. Hill for a use permit to operate a private school at 1012 Blair Street. Motion by Mr. Hawks, and seconded by Mr. Martin, to concur the recommendation of the Planning Commission that UP-95-1( ed. Substitute motion by Mr. Pitts, and seconded by Mr. to defer consideration until the regular City Council on July 25, 1995, and was adopted by a 4-3 (Hawks, Webb). TRUXTUN NEIGHBORHOOD - Use permit request of Suzette Forbes to operate a residential care facility at 3229 Knox Street. Motion by Mr. Griffin, and seconded by Mr. Pitts, to concur the recommendation of the Planning Commission that UP-95-12 )roved on first reading, and was adopted by unanimous vote. UP-95-14 HIGHLANDS NEIGHBORHOOD (Cradock) - Application by Italian American Social Club for a use permit to operate a membership club at 4010-4018 George Washington Highway.
