The State code has been changed to allow, among <br />other things, the City to prohibit such loitering. This <br />ordinance will provide another tool for law enforcement <br />personnel to protect our citizens and their property. <br /> <br />I, therefore, recommend adoption of this ordinance." <br /> <br /> <br />
