July 25, 1995 <br />UP-95-12 <br /> <br />20'1 <br /> <br />po~ <br /> <br />I BEGINNING at the southeastern intersection of Knox Street <br />Dahlia Street; thence east along the southern right-of-way <br /> of Knox Street 55 feet to a point; thence south 110 feet to <br /> thence west 55 feet to a point; thence north'110 feet <br /> the eastern right-of-way line of Dahlia Street to the <br /> of beginning. <br /> <br />fo] <br /> <br />That this use permit is approved subject to the <br />conditions: <br /> <br />(a) I Occupancy of the facility shall be limited to eight (8) <br />s_m~ulatory residents, aged fifty-five (55) or older, and to <br /> staff members. <br /> <br />Prior to occupancy and at least annually thereafter, the <br /> shall request an inspection by the Fire Prevention <br /> the Public Health Department and the Building Official <br /> correct any noted deficiencies. <br /> <br />The project shall be developed in accordance with submitted <br />and floor plans as approved by the City. <br /> <br />The applicant shall install six-foot high privacy fencing <br /> the perimeter of the outdoor recreation area and provide <br /> .ing within the perimeter. <br /> <br />The use permit shall not be transferable. <br /> <br /> The facility shall comply with all applicable codes, <br />~ances and regulations of federal, state and local <br /> and shall obtain and maintain mn effect all <br />ssary licenses and permits." <br /> <br />Clemons, Griffin, Hawks, Martin, Pitts, Robinett, Webb <br />None <br /> <br /> Public hearing on a use permit: <br /> <br />UP-95-10 PARKVIEW NEIGHBORHOOD - Use permit request of <br /> Shirley F.
