Motion to award the contract to Virginia Marine <br />ctures, Inc. <br /> <br /> "Funds are available in the 1994-99 Capital Improvement <br />for demolition of the Leckie Street Bridge. Bids were <br />ired on July 27, 1995 for this project in accordance with <br /> direction. <br /> <br />The bids were competitive and favorable with today's <br />truction market (see Attachment No. 1).
