<br />LPD Associates, Inc., requests to rezone a portion of 3222 Western
<br />Branch Boulevard (3280 Western Branch Boulevard in
<br />Chesapeake) from Single-Family residential RS-150 to commercial
<br />C-2-K (conditional) for expansion of the Sleep Inn Suites Hotel.
<br />The Comprehensive Plan recommends single-family residential
<br />development of this area.

<br />centers, (SIC 8093)in Office Residential OR-75, Commercial C-1,
<br />Commercial C-2, Industrial M-l, Industrial M-l-R; Downtown D-1
<br />and D-2 Commercial, Mixed and Industrial subdistricts.

<br />recommendation of the Planning Commission that CA-02-02 be approved on first
<br />reading, and was adopted by unanimous vote.

<br />
<br />VICTORY CROSSING BUSINESS PARK - The City of Portsmouth
<br />proposes to amend the Comprehensive Plan to provide
<br />development criteria for the Victory Crossing Business Park. The
<br />recommendations include studies of the land use and traffic
<br />impacts on adjoining parcels, enhanced landscaping on Victory
<br />Boulevard between Cavalier Boulevard and Greenwood Drive and
<br />Multi-Family development on vacant property south of Greenwood
<br />Drive and generally east of Victory Boulevard.
