"I ~e~ectf~ly c~l you= a~tention to the fact that ~e S~ate B~k of Po~t~outh suspended business on Wetordry, July 10, 1929, ~d that ~he si~ing fundsof theOity deposited in this b~k~e protected ~ a bond of $~,000.00 exerted by the United States Fidelity ~d G~s~ty Oemp~y ~ surety.
