Parker and Brother to begin the Work at as early a date as possible and complete it without un- necessary del~y.# Mr. Hutchins moved that the recommendation of the Manager be concurred in and that the contract for razing the old frame school building ~orner Elm Avenue and Lincoln street be awarded to C. L. Parker and Brothe~, upon the payment to the Oity of $86.00, as per his ~bid, provided said contractor give a bond to the City for $50.00 for the faithful carrying out of the contract.
