Brinson, <br /> Clerk to City Council, <br /> Portsmouth City. <br /> <br />Dear Sir: <br /> <br /> I attach hereto a petition of the citizens who are interested in getting Kirn Ave. <br />opened up into Whitson Street a consideration that they deserve and one thst would benefit <br />the 0ity asa whole. ' <br /> Kirn Ave. now is used by a very narrow driveway the entrance into Whitson St. is <br />private property and is not a safe travel, but is used frequently by.the public, the only <br />outlet from Kirn Ave. to ~hitson Street, and the most direct outlet to Carrol,Bell and to the <br />Suffolk BoutSvard. <br /> I own a number of 'oieces of property in this vicinity, also the corner lot facing <br />Whitson Street, wbich I would-sell the City at a very reasonable price in order zo get Kiln <br />Ave. opened up. <br /> Any consideration given this will be appreciated by all.concerned. <br /> <br />Yours truly, <br /> <br /> J.S.
