(Mr. Oust voting ,No~.) <br /> <br />The following communication from the Emergency Relief Administration was read~ <br /> <br /> ~With reference to the communication handed me with your letter of the 13th inst. <br />would state that upon investigation I can find no authorization from the Virginia Emergency <br />Relief administration te these merchants to extend credi~ to relief oliente. <br /> Therefore, I fail to see how the Virginia Emergency Relief Administration is in <br />any way obligated~fo~the payment of these accounts.
