The Attorney states that he-is <br />of the opinion that the Oity will net 'need the land upon which the buildings rest for some <br />time to come, and suggests {hat the transaction be closed, upon these terms. <br /> I therefore recommend that the Attorney be authorized to purchase the <br />various oarcels to the limit of the appropriation. <br /> The City Attorney further states that $500.00 was included in the ap - <br />propriation as compensation to Er.
