Ayes: Clemons, Hawks, Martin, Pitts, Robinett, Webb Nays: None 96-03 Rezoning: Motion by Mr. Robinett, and seconded by Mr. Martin, to adopt the following ordinance, approved at the F~bruary 12, 1996 Public Hearing meeting, and was adopted by the following vote: 96-03 (d): "ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-95-27" Clsmons, Hawks, Martin, Pitts, Robinett, Webb None CITY MANAGER'S REPORT 96-76 - Letter from the City Manager recommending adoption of an ordinance to appropriate $900,000 ($720,000 from General Obligation Bonds and $180,000 from the Stormwater Management Utility Fund) for drainage improvements to Cavalier Boulevard, by piping and closing the existing ditches in the median from Greenwood Drive to the City limits, and a motion to award a construction contract to Art-Ray Corporation. A. Ordinance to appropriate a total of $900,000 for drainage improvements to Cavalier Boulevard. B. Motion to award a construction contract to Art-Ray Corporation.
