<br />reward of $50. in such instances, I recommend that a reward of $50. be paid to Mr.. Gray."

<br /> 4th - "I am presentlng herewith an ordinance, authorizing the issu~uce of
<br />$16,000. of serial school bonds, in denominations of $1,0OO. each, bearing interest at 3%,
<br />all bonds to be dated January 1st, 1937, and maturing, consecutively through sixteen years;
<br />the first bond maturing January 1st, 1938.
<br /> I recommend that these bonds be offered to the Sinking Fund Commission,
<br />at par.~

<br /> On motion of Mr. Hutchins, the following ordinance was placed on its flrs~

<br />The following communications from the City Attorney were read:

<br /> 1st ~In reference to the letter of Sarah Kramer referred ~o me at your last
<br />meeting, I find that there is no house on lot 16, block 55, Brighton. A building permit was
<br />obtained to wreck the house in 1932. The building was not assessed for taxation in 1933, but
<br />was placed on the,re-assessment books of 193~bY error. Taxes on the building should be re -
<br />lleved as follows, 1934 - $5.30, 1935 - $5.30, and 1936 - $5.30."
<br />
<br />Motion of Mr. Lawrence to concur in the Attorney's recommendation~ was adopted.
<br />
<br /> 2nd - ~In reference to the letter of M. Kramer, referred to me at your last
<br />meeting, I find there is no building number 1012 Ninth Ave. Prom the best information I
<br />could obtain, the house was destroyed several years ago. In my opinion, Mr. Kramer is entit-
<br />led to be relieved cT taxes charged on the building, as requested, namely $7.95 for 193~, $7.95
<br />for I935 and $7.95 for 1936."
