<br /> Your charge of $30.00 has been paid. However, I understand that in the
<br />past it has been the practice of the City to refund this rental, as this is a charitable
<br />cause, and I would appreciate if you will grant a refund this year.

<br /> "I am attaohing herewith two city receipts for an automobile license tag of
<br />William Tyler.
<br /> On January the 15th, I applied for a City automobile license tag and oaid
<br />the su~_ of $5.OO ~o.~the-~ity Collector, who at that time, did not have a supply of tags on
<br />hand.
<br /> Since that time, I have purchased and have had transferred to me a tag of
<br />a Mr. L.B. Weston, of 20y Court St., City.
<br /> I beg, in view of the circumstances and facts in this case, that you gentle-
<br />men will refund to me the sum of $5.00 paid to the City Collector, on the above date.
