Anderson, as Receivers of Seaboard Air Line Railway Company, and the City of Portsmouth, <br /> Virginia, made and entered into agreement in writing with respect to the installation, mainte~ <br /> nance and operation of ~ line of 8 inch cast iron sewer pipe under the property ~nd tracks of <br /> said Railway Company in Portsmouth, Virginia, extending from the north side of ~outh St. Road <br /> at the intersection of Atlanta Ave. with said SouthSt. Road in a northerly directio~ to said <br /> Railway Oompany's northerly right of way or prooerty line which ~is 50 feet from the center of <br /> said Railway Company's main traok, which contra~t was executed on behalf of said Receivers by <br /> W.
