Le~the! P. Wim - - <br />brough, requesting a refund of $30.00 for taxes paid in error. I find that the building on <br />the land of Mrs. Wimbrougn at 628-30 Fayette Sto, was razed in 1938, as stated in her letter. <br />This ~opes~ed to be done after the assessors had viewed the property~and they failed to re - <br />move the assessment on the building from the Building Inspector's records. There was no <br />building on the l~ud d~ing the years 1939 and 1940 and she should be refunded $30.00 or $15. <br />for each of said years," <br /> <br />~fction of Mr. Fox to concur in the Attorney's recommendation, was adopted. <br /> <br /> Bill of,~J.
