These ihcreases'have been Caused by the great expansion in the service
<br />necessary in the cast year, ~nd to the increase in prices and the hiring of additional person
<br />nel. ~ile our ~esponsibilities are still increasing along with the expansion of Government
<br />activities, I believe that the above amount will take care of our needs, with the exceotion of
<br />any extraordinary expenditures we may encounter. ~'
