June 25~ 1996 <br /> <br />(b) An engineering site plan must be developed and approved <br />in accordance with the requirements of the Code of the City <br />of Portsmouth and all other applicable codes and regulations. <br /> <br />(c) Security lights with dawn-to-dusk timer(s) shall be <br />installed and maintained out of reach at the rear of the <br />building. <br /> <br />(d) Panic bars shall be maintained on the exit doors. <br /> <br /> (e) The applicant must fully enclose the outdoor play area <br />with a wooden privacy fence at least 6 feet in height. <br /> <br />(f) Indoor hours of operation shall be limited to the hours <br />of 6:00 a.m. through 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />(g) Ail outdoor play activities shall be conducted between <br />the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. <br /> <br />(d) Prior to occupancy by the children and at least annually <br />thereafter, the facility shall request an inspection by the <br />Fire Prevention Bureau, the Public Health Department and the <br />Building Official and shall correct any noted deficiencies. <br /> <br />(e) The project shall be developed in accordance with <br />submitted site and floor plans as approved by the City, and <br />the applicant shall obtain approval from the City Engineer <br />and/or Planning Director of a plan for the elevations of the <br />expansion. <br /> <br />(f) The facility shall comply with all applicable codes, <br />ordinances and regulations of federal, state and local <br />governments, and shall obtain and maintain in effect all <br />necessary licenses and permits. <br /> <br /> 4. REVOCATION OF PERMIT: Violation of any of <br />conditions may serve as a basis for revocation of <br />permit by the City Council." <br /> <br />the above <br />the use <br /> <br />Ayes: Clemons, Griffin, Hawks, Martin, Pitts, Robinett <br />Nays: None <br /> <br /> Motion by Mr. Robinett, and seconded by Mr. Martin, to <br />adopt the following resolution, approved on first reading at <br />the Public Hearing meeting on June 11, 1996, and was adopted <br />by the following vote: <br /> <br />96-200(d): <br /> <br /> "A RESOLUTION GRANTING A USE PERMIT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION <br />AND OPEP, ATION OF A WASTEWATER PUMPING STATION IN PHASE TWO OF <br />THE SUBDIVISION OF BISHOPS GREEN. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Lyle G. Wermers, Manager, Bishops Green, <br />L.L.C., has made application pursuant to Section 40-43.1 of <br />the Code of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia (1988) for the <br />granting of a use permit to construct and operate a <br />wastewater pumping station to be located on a portion of <br />Phase Two of the Subdivision of Bishops Green, Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, as hereinafter-described; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the applicant and the Planning Director have <br />done all things required to be done in connection with said <br />application; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has recommended the <br />granting of said use permit with conditions. <br /> <br /> <br />
