<br />Administration may terminate this agreement immediately upon receipt, of evidence that any one
<br />or more of the terms and provisions of this agreement have not been complied with or are not
<br />being eom~lied with by any one or more of the other parties hereto. The determ~natlon of the
<br />Administration that any one or more of the parties to this agreement has. so failed to comply
<br />or is failing to comply shall be conclusive upon the several welfare departments, counties,
<br />and cities which are parties hereto. The failure or refusal on. the part of the A~ministratlon
<br />at muy time to a~ail itself of its privilege under this article to terminate this agreement
<br />immediately upon the receipt of evidence of non-compliance on the part of any one or mo~e par-
<br />ties hereto shall not-be construed as a waiver ef theright on the part of the Administration
<br />to terminate the agreement upon the receipt of evidence of continued non-compliance on the
<br />part of such party or parties or upon the receipt of evidence of other non-compliance on the
<br />part of an2 one or more parties-hereto;
