OO, due to restrictions on the use of steel these <br /> tanks can no~ be furnished. <br /> WHEREAS, the Pittsburgh Des Moines Steel Oompany has agreed <br /> to a change order.substituting two 500,O00 gallon tsnks, com- <br /> plying with the specifications in the original contract, for <br /> 136,6~O.O0.
