<br /> S~eel 0ompany, Pittsburgh, Pa., to erect one i,OO0,000 gallon
<br /> elevated tank and one 200~000 gallon elevat~dtank at a cost
<br /> of ~166,810. OO, due to restrictions on the use of steel these
<br /> tanks can no~ be furnished.
<br /> WHEREAS, the Pittsburgh Des Moines Steel Oompany has agreed
<br /> to a change order.substituting two 500,O00 gallon tsnks, com-
<br /> plying with the specifications in the original contract, for
<br /> 136,6~O.O0. This change has been approved.by the Federal Works
<br /> AgencY.
<br /> ~NOW, ~iEREFOBE, BE IT RE~OLVED by the Oouncil of the 0ity o f
