DGcask Pertsmouth~ Virginia, <br />of $53,310.90, was found to be the l~west bid and in order, <br /> NOW, THEREFO_RE, Be it Resolved by the Council of the City o~ <br />Portsmouth, Virginia, ~hat the proposal of H. M.
