July 23, 1996 (b) The style of the tower and the type of materials used to construct the tower shall be identical to the existing GTE tower and building in Cradock. (c) The exterior of the tower shall be unpainted galvanized or painted a color approved by the City Planning Commission. No other marking or lighting shall be used on the tower unless required by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). (d) The use permit shall become void if the tower becomes unused or obsolete. In the event that the permit becomes void, the tower must be removed within twelve months. (e) No signs or advertising may be attached to the tower. (f) Prior to the issuance of a building permit, the applicant must submit plans to the Building Official which certify that the tower meets all requirements of the Building Code and EIA-22E, Structural Standards for Steel Antenna Towers and Antenna Supporting Structures. (g) Prior to application for a building permit, written statements from the FAA and the Federal Communication Commission (FCC) stating that the proposed tower is consistent with or exempt from their regulations must be delivered to the Director of Planning. (h) The east and west sides of the leased area must be screened with a solid wooden fence or with vegetation approved by the Director of Planning. (i) Prior to application for a use permit, the applicant must provide the Director of Planning with a statement from a certified engineer that the non-ionizing electromagnetic radiation (NIER) emitted from the proposed facility will not result in ground level exposure exceeding standards established by any U.S. government agency or the American Standards Institute. 4. REVOCATION OF PERMIT: Violation of any of the above conditions may serve as grounds for revocation of the use permit by the City Council." 96-235 (d): "A RESOLUTION GRANTING A USE PERMIT FOR THE OPERATION OF A BED AND BREAKFAST INN AT 314 COURT STREET.
