L. Vicker$~ R~gional Director, Federal <br />Agency, advising us that under Project VA 4'~-!43, it will <br />be necessarY to make alterations in the contract, and <br /> ~EREAS, under 0hapter 406 of the A~ts of the Assembly of <br />19~4~ it.will be necessary for the firm to have its agency <br />in the State, and <br /> ~E~REAS, the Federal Government has requested the City <br />Council to authorize the Fedora!Works Agency to ~rchase <br />the pu~oer at actual cost and then give it to the City in <br />lieu of a cash grant of tb__i~ amount, provided the H.P. is <br />not !~ss than 150. <br /> THEREFORE, Be it Resolved that the Council of the City of <br /> <br /> <br />
