<br />_fHEREAS, this has oeen 'recommended and approved by the City
<br />~ngineer and ~eor~e Van Leeuwen, our Architect,

<br />Portsmouth, Virgini%, that the Manamer be authorized to award
<br />a contrac~ to Trinkle and Dobyns f~r the construction of a right
<br />wing on the fire station, whichis known az the present time as
<br />Project VA 44-143~.'
