The City of Portsmouth was awarded funding to provide <br />family-centered, community-based services to children and families. <br /> <br /> The Portsmouth Interagency Network (PIN) has developed a <br />comprehensive prevention plan that includes the creation of a family resource <br />center. This resource center will offer counseling and referral services to allow <br />access to the array of human services. In addition, the center will provide a wide <br />variety of family services and skills training to meet the needs of families as <br />identified in the prevention plan. <br /> <br /> <br />
