<br />stadium on October 16th. Our ordinance prohibits circuses in the stadium. However, since
<br />~ircus proposed by the Boy Scouts is not the same type of entertainment referred to in the cr -~
<br />dinance, it is my recommendation that the Manager be authorized to allow the Scou~e to hold
<br />their Circus."
