D~Murden, Suoerintendent <br />of the Water Department. <br /> Will you please adop~ the attached resolution?" <br /> <br />Resolution <br /> <br /> "WHEREES, the Calnaught Contracting Corporation, Contractors <br />under Project VA ~4-396 - Cahoon-Kilby. Watermpipe Line, have been de- <br /> layed in.the completion of this project, and <br /> <br /> .
