Therefore, I believe you will agree to the advisa- <br />bility of Portsmouth accepting the same time system adopted by Norfolk. Your support to this <br />plan will be greatly appreciated. <br /> As far as our preference is concerned, we are heartily in favor of day- <br />light saving time.
