March 12th, 19 .k6. <br /> <br />The following letter was read and referred to the City Manager: <br /> <br /> "The police lockup of the City of Portsmouth was inspected by this De- <br />partment on February-7, 19~6.. A report on this inspection is.submit~ted herewith. <br /> It,is very pleasing To fiote that improvements have been made in the <br />construction, maintnenace, and operation of this lockup since the previous inspection. <br /> The courtesies and co-operation extended at the time of the inspection <br /> <br />are acknowledged. <br /> <br />traffic on Third Street, <br /> <br /> Yours very truly, <br /> <br /> R.M. Youell; Commissioner of Corrections. <br /> <br />Motion of Mr. Warren that the City Attorney prepare an ordinance makin <br />between Lincoln and Edwards Streets, two-way. <br /> <br />On motion adjourned. <br /> <br />City Clerk. <br /> <br />President. <br /> <br /> <br />
