The six inch (6") meter will be removed and the pipe <br /> line connected, a fire hydrant installed, and the <br /> entire line chlorinated and tested by the Water De- <br /> partment, all au the expense of Norfolk County. <br />2. As this main is connected to the transmission main <br /> from Suffolk to Portsmouth, it is understood that the <br /> water pressure may be inadequate for domestic service <br /> and will be inadequate for fire service. <br />3- Should it become necessary to provide pressures higher <br /> than may be obtained from our transmission main, Norfolk <br /> County will bare the cost of the installation and main- <br /> tenance of the necessary pumping equipment. <br />4. Should conditions recmire the rechlorinating of the <br /> water, at this point, the County will provide the equip- <br /> ment, housing, and pay the cost of maintenance. <br />5- If any portion of the main is constructed on private <br /> property, the County will provide proper easements. <br />6. Should it become neoessary ye move the main due to <br /> changes in roadways the work will be done by~t~he Water <br /> Department at the expense of the County. <br />7o The County will pay fifty dollars ($50.00) per annum <br /> for each fire hydrant connected with tKis main. Consumers <br /> will be connected to this main as provided in the water <br /> ordinance. <br />8.
