Fine, 800 National Bank of Commerce ~B?ilding~ Norfolk, <br />Virginia, is the owner of the entire block of real estate situated in the'City o f Fortsmouth <br />botmded on the-north by Randolph Street, on the east by Washington Street, on t he south by <br />Lincoln Str~eet,'and on the west by Green Street. This block i s bisected by the street known <br />as Henry S~eet, running from east to west.
