<br />Portsmouth to draft and adopt an ordinance to provide the authority to the Police Department
<br />~o enforce the installation and operation of safety devices at all hazardous sidewalk crossings
<br />in the business dist~ict being used by vehicles and that a bond be required of the concerns so
