<br /> The McLean Contracting Corporation, the low bidder, is exper-
<br />ienced in work of this kind, ~and has constructed ~or the Federal Wo~kS Agency,
<br />under our supervision, the subaqueous outfall sewer at the Boat 'Ha~b~ Site in
<br />Newport News a~d the Army Base site in Norfolk. In each case res work was ca~ried
<br />out expeditiously and satisfactorily.
